If you are purchasing a home and taking a first mortgage, our all inclusive price for fees, most disbursements, and applicable taxes would be $800 for a detached home, and $850.00 for a townhouse or condominium. Included in this price is our review of your purchase contract. Necessary advice as the development proceeds if needed, and the completion of your purchase. Our offices are conveniently located on Broadway (one block away from Cambie). We are able to provide in-house translation for Cantonese or Mandarin speaking clients.
